JIEET is published twice a year, in June and December. Each issue contains a minimum of [8–10] articles. Submissions are accepted year-round.

Manuscripts submitted after the deadline, or accepted when an issue is full, are scheduled for the next issue. Accepted articles may be published online first (Online First / In Press) with a DOI before the full issue is released; the content of an Online First article does not change when it is assigned to an issue.

Typical timeline

• Initial editorial screening: within 7 days of submission.
• First review decision: within [4–8] weeks of passing the initial screening.
• Author revision: within 14 days of receiving reviewer comments (up to 30 days for major revisions).
• Publication: within [2–4] months of final acceptance.

The journal publishes every issue on time; any change to the schedule will be announced on the journal homepage in advance.
