As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.

  • The submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another journal for consideration (or an explanation has been provided in Comments to the Editor).
  • The submission file is in OpenOffice, Microsoft Word, RTF, or WordPerfect document file format.
  • Where available, URLs for the references have been provided.
  • The text is single-spaced; uses a 12-point font; employs italics, rather than underlining (except with URL addresses); and all illustrations, figures, and tables are placed within the text at the appropriate points, rather than at the end.
  • The text adheres to the stylistic and bibliographic requirements outlined in the Author Guidelines, which is found in About the Journal.
  • If submitting to a peer-reviewed section of the journal, the instructions in Ensuring a Blind Review have been followed.

Writing should be submitted according to the following restrictions:

  1. Manuscript should be written in Bahasa Indonesia or in English and be submitted online via journal website. Online Submission will be charged at no Cost. Author must login in order to make submission.
  2. The type of the manuscript must be either the result of research (research article) or the result of review (review article).
  3. The manuscript should be written with the length of 6 to 15 pages.
  4. Manuscript file should be in Microsoft Office (.doc/.docx) or Open Office (.odt) format. It should be prepared in A4 paper (21cm x 29.7cm) using 0,56 inch for inside margin and outside, 0.75 inch for top, and 1.69 inch for bottom margins.
  5. Title, Abstract, and Keywords
    • Abstract should contain at least 160-250 words.
    • Title should be less than 12 words, title case, small caps, centered, bold, font type Times New Roman (TNR), font size 20, and single spaced.
    • Keywords contain at least five words/phrases separated with coma and should be justified.
  6. Manuscript body.
    • The manuscript (Introduction, Research Method, Results and Discussion, and Conclusion).
    • The main text of the writing should be in two columns with 0.17 inch colom spacing, justified, 10 TNR, and single spaced.
  7. Heading should be made in three levels. Level four cannot be accepted.
    • Heading 1: title case, small caps, aligned center, 10 TNR, single spaced, Roman numbered followed by dot
    • Heading 2: title case, left aligned, italic, 10 TNR, single spaced, Capital numbered followed by dot
    • Heading 3: title case, left aligned, italic, 10 TNR, single spaced, numbered by number followed by double dot.
    • Heading 4 cannot be accepted in the manuscript
  8. Figure and table should be in black and white, and if it is made in color, it should be readable when it is later printed in black and white. Figure and table should be clearly readable and in a proportional measure to the overall page. Caption should be numbered, in 8 TNR and single spaced. For layouting purpose, please provide the respective captioned figure/table in with extension .tif/.jpg/.jpeg within a particular folder apart from the manuscript.
  9. Mathematical equation should be clearly written, numbered orderly, and accompanied with any information needed.
  10. Header and footer including page number must not be used.
  11. Citation and Reference are written according to IEEE style (Only references cited or presented in the in-text citation are mentioned in the bibliography)
    • The bibliography should be written with the help of reference software (Mendeley, EndNote, Zotero, etc.).
    • Citations numbering should be numbered in [1], [2], [3], ... format, according to appearance order.
    • Wikipedia, personal blog, or non scientific website is not allowed to be taken into account.
    • Primary references should be at least 80% from at least ten references.
    • References shoul be taken from the late ten years.
