JIEET is a fully open-access journal. All articles are freely available online immediately upon publication, with no subscription, registration, or payment required to read, download, or print them.

This follows the definition of open access in the Budapest Open Access Initiative (BOAI): users may read, download, copy, distribute, print, search, or link to the full texts of articles, crawl them for indexing, pass them as data to software, or use them for any other lawful non-commercial purpose, without financial, legal, or technical barriers, as long as the original work is properly cited (see License URL).

JIEET charges no fees to authors or readers:
