This issue presents diverse research on language education, translation, and semiotics. Topics include student perceptions of Grammarly, gender and accreditation in motivation, and interculturalism in ELT. Studies also explore pre-service teacher self-efficacy, online speaking classrooms, and cooperative learning for reading comprehension. Additionally, a semiotic analysis of IKEA’s visual metaphors and an examination of Angie Kilbane’s translation of The Land of Five Towers contribute to broader discussions in applied linguistics. This volume offers valuable insights for educators, linguists, and researchers interested in language learning, pedagogy, and discourse analysis.
