JPPMS accepts research articles in accordance with its submission guidelines. Manuscript acceptance and rejection are determined based on reviewers' evaluations of the originality, manuscript format, and relevance to the journal's scope.

Peer Review Process

All manuscripts submitted to the Jurnal Penelitian Pendidikan Matematika dan Sains (JPPMS) undergo an editorial and review process to determine their suitability for publication. Manuscript acceptance and rejection are based on reviewers' evaluations of the originality, format, and scope of the submitted work.

During the Initial Check, the Editorial Team may assess the manuscript's relevance to the journal's Focus and Scope, compliance with submission guidelines, completeness of the required components, and overall suitability for further evaluation. Manuscripts that do not meet the journal's requirements may be returned to the Authors for revision or rejected before proceeding to further review.

Manuscripts that pass the initial assessment proceed to the review process. Reviewers evaluate the submitted research according to its originality, relevance to mathematics and natural sciences education, methodological appropriateness, quality of evidence, clarity of presentation, and contribution to educational research.

The review process is intended to ensure that published manuscripts meet appropriate scholarly standards and contribute to the development of knowledge in mathematics, physics, chemistry, and biology education.

When revision is requested, Authors are expected to address the comments and recommendations provided by the Editor and Reviewers. Revised manuscripts may undergo further evaluation to determine whether the requested revisions have adequately addressed the identified concerns.

The final decision regarding manuscript acceptance or rejection is based on the reviewers' evaluations and the editorial assessment of the manuscript's originality, format, and relevance to the journal's scope. Authors are expected to comply with the journal's submission guidelines throughout the editorial process.
