Pengaruh Gaya Kepemimpinan Transformasional dan Transaksional Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Produksi di PT New Asia international

This study investigates the influence of transformational and transactional leadership styles on the performance of production employees at PT New Asia International. The study is motivated by the importance of effective leadership in enhancing employee performance in manufacturing settings. A quantitative method was applied, using multiple linear regression. The sample consists of 82 production employees selected through purposive sampling. The findings show that neither transformational nor transactional leadership styles significantly affect employee performance, whether partially or simultaneously. This suggests a misalignment between leadership approach and employee characteristics. Adjustments to leadership style are recommended to optimize performance outcomes in production contexts.
