Abstrak

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan pengaruh kompensasi dan lingkungan kerja terhadap produktivitas kerja melalui kepuasan kerja. Penelitian ini menerapkan pendekatan kuantitatif, dengan total populasi 58 karyawan dan sampel sebanyak 38 karyawan. Teknik Structural Equation Modeling Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) diterapkan dalam penelitian ini untuk menganalisis data dengan bantuan software SmartPLS versi 4.1. Hasil yang diperoleh dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Kompensasi dan Lingkungan Kerja berpengaruh secara signifikan positif terhadap Kepuasan Kerja, Kompensasi dan Lingkungan Kerja tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Produktivitas Kerja, serta Kepuasan Kerja berpengaruh secara signifikan positif terhadap Produktivitas Kerja. Pada analisis pengaruh secara tidak langsung, Kepuasan Kerja terbukti mampu memediasi pengaruh antara Kompensasi dan Lingkungan Kerja terhadap Produktivitas Kerja. Implikasi penelitian yang bisa diterapkan pada perusahaan yaitu perusahaan perlu lebih memperhatikan aspek yang mampu mempengaruhi tingkat produktivitas karyawan, salah satunya terkait fasilitas kerja yaitu melakukan perbaikan akses jaringan perusahaan, melalui adanya jaringan yang baik dan lancar, karyawan mampu bekerja dengan efektif dan tidak menghambat proses pelayanan nasabah. Perusahaan perlu memperhatikan tingkat kepuasan kerja yang dirasakan karyawan terhadap kompensasi yang diperoleh. Pimpinan cabang juga perlu memberikan penghargaan atau apresiasi kepada karyawan yang telah mencapai target pekerjaan. Selain itu, perusahaan perlu menyelenggarakan kegiatan family gathering untuk semua karyawan, melalui kegiatan tersebut dapat menciptakan kenyamanan bagi karyawan dan mempererat hubungan antar atasan dan karyawan.
