Abstract and Indexing

Manuscripts submitted to JCGC undergo an initial screening by the editorial team to ensure they are free from plagiarism, with a maximum similarity threshold set at 25%. Each manuscript is assessed to determine its alignment with the journal's focus and scope as well as to identify any critical methodological issues.
Every submission is then evaluated by a minimum of two peer reviewers. The review process follows a double-blind procedure, where both reviewers and authors remain anonymous to each other. Reviewers assess the manuscript based on criteria such as originality, objectivity, methodology, scientific contribution, conclusions, and the quality of references. Reviewer feedback is forwarded to the corresponding author for revisions and responses.
The recommendations from the reviewers are discussed in an editorial board meeting. Following this, the editor communicates the final decision regarding acceptance, revision, or rejection to the corresponding author.
