  The Journal of Cultural Guidance and Counseling (Volume 2, Number 1, 2026) presents five peer-reviewed articles contributed by scholars from Indonesia and Brunei Darussalam, reflecting the journal's commitment to fostering regional and international scholarly collaboration in guidance and counseling.   The Journal of Cultural Guidance and Counseling (Volume 1, Number 2, 2025) marks the first edition of this peer-reviewed, open-access academic journal, published by the Guidance and Counseling Program, Faculty of PSDKU, State University of Surabaya. This inaugural issue presents original research articles and theoretical studies that explore the intersection of cultural values and counseling practices. Topics include multicultural counseling, indigenous approaches, cross-cultural psychological frameworks, and culturally responsive educational guidance. Published biannually (June and December), each article undergoes a rigorous peer-review process to ensure scholarly quality and relevance in the field of cultural guidance and counseling.
