The Journal of Sustainable Science and Educational Innovation (JSSEI) is committed to conducting its editorial and publication processes independently, professionally, transparently, and with academic integrity. Editorial decisions are made based on scholarly considerations and applicable journal policies, without inappropriate influence from commercial, institutional, or other external interests.

JSSEI does not collaborate with third parties that offer or facilitate manuscript writing, guaranteed publication, editorial manipulation, submission manipulation, or other services that may compromise academic and publication ethics. This does not prevent legitimate academic collaboration with universities, research institutions, professional associations, educational organizations, seminar committees, or other scholarly partners that support academic dissemination, journal development, and the quality of scholarly contributions.

JSSEI does not authorize consultants, agents, brokers, or other intermediaries to provide publication services on behalf of the journal, including services that promise fast publication, expedited acceptance, guaranteed acceptance, bypassing editorial or peer-review procedures, or manuscript writing. Manuscripts must be submitted directly by Authors through the journal's official Open Journal Systems (OJS) platform, and manuscript-related communication should be conducted through the official journal channels provided by JSSEI.

JSSEI does not authorize the sale or promotion of article publication services through e-commerce platforms, social media, or unauthorized intermediaries. The journal is not responsible for any publication offer, guarantee, representation, or other service promoted by unauthorized parties claiming to represent JSSEI.

If an Author is found to have used a third-party service in a manner that violates academic, research, or publication ethics, including unauthorized manuscript writing, submission manipulation, or other forms of unethical publication assistance, JSSEI may investigate the matter and take appropriate editorial action in accordance with its Publication Ethics and applicable journal policies. Such action may include rejection of a manuscript under consideration or appropriate post-publication action where necessary.

 

Editorial Independence

JSSEI maintains editorial independence throughout the submission, review, and publication process. The Publisher does not have authority to interfere with editorial decisions. Editorial decisions remain the responsibility of the Editorial Team and are based on scholarly quality, peer-review assessments, editorial evaluation, ethical considerations, and applicable JSSEI policies.

Financial, institutional, commercial, or other external interests must not determine whether a manuscript is accepted, revised, rejected, or published. Editors and Reviewers are expected to perform their responsibilities independently and to disclose and appropriately manage any conflicts of interest.

 

Academic Integrity and Publication Standards

JSSEI is committed to maintaining high standards of research integrity, publication ethics, transparency, and accountability. The journal applies its Publication Ethics, Peer Review, Research Ethics, Plagiarism, Data Availability, Correction and Retraction, and other applicable policies throughout the publication process.

The journal's manuscript requirements also require Authors to comply with provisions concerning originality, authorship, ethical research practices, responsible use and disclosure of AI-assisted technologies, citation integrity, data authenticity, conflicts of interest, and other aspects of responsible scholarly publishing.

 

Official Communication and Misrepresentation

Authors, Researchers, Reviewers, and Readers are encouraged to obtain information about JSSEI through the journal's official website and official communication channels.

Any suspected fraud, impersonation, unauthorized publication offer, misuse of the JSSEI name, or misrepresentation of the journal's editorial or publication services should be reported to the journal through its official contact information.

JSSEI may review and respond to reports of unauthorized activities that could mislead Authors, Researchers, Reviewers, or Readers or compromise the integrity of the journal's publication process.

 

Policy Review

This statement may be reviewed periodically to ensure that JSSEI's practices remain consistent with developments in scholarly publishing, research integrity, publication ethics, and editorial standards. Any applicable revisions will be reflected in the journal's current policies and official publication information.
