PENGARUH PENGEMBANGAN KARIR DAN KOMPENSASI TERHADAP TURNOVER KARYAWAN DENGAN EMPLOYEE ENGAGEMENT SEBAGAI VARIABEL INTERVENING PADA PT. TELKOM AKSES YOGYAKARTA

This study aims to examine and analyze the direct effect of career development on employee turnover, the direct effect of compensation for employees turnover, the indirect effect of career development on employee turnover through employee engagement, and the indirect effect of compensation on employee turnover through employee engagement at PT. Telkom Akses Yogyakarta. In this research, the researcher took the samples by using probability sampling method with a simple random sampling technique. The study population was all employees of PT. Telkom Akses Yogyakarta with a sample of 75 employees. The analytical tool used is Path Analysis and is done descriptively using SPSS for Windows version 20.0 software. The results were: 1) Career development has a direct negative and significant influence on employee turnover at PT. Telkom Akses Yogyakarta. 2) Compensation has a direct negative and significant influence on employee turnover at PT. Telkom Akses Yogyakarta. 3) Career development has an indirect negative and significant influence on employee turnover through employee engagement at PT. Telkom Akses Yogyakarta. 4) Compensation has an indirect negative and significant influence on employee turnover through employee engagement at PT. Telkom Akses Yogyakarta.
