THE INFLUENCE OF ORGANIZATIONAL CULTURE AND COMPETENCY TOWARDS EMPLOYEE PERFORMANCE WITH MOTIVATION MEDIATION

PP (Government Regulation) No.58 of 2005 concerning regional finance changed to PP No.12 of 2019. This research aims at analyzing the influence of competence and organizational culture on employee performance through motivation at Regional Revenue Service Unit (UPPD)
Banjarmasin 1 This study used a quantitative method involving a population of 53 employees of the UPPD Banjarmasin 1. The research instrument was a questionnaire designed with an five interval based on a Likert scale. Samples were determined using a random sampling technique to 41 employees of UPPD Banjarmasin 1, Data were analyzed using the PLS analysis technique.
Research at the UPPD Banjarmasin 1 shows that (1) organizational culture did not affect employees performance, (2) competence had an impact on the employees performance, (3) motivation did not hAVE an impact on the performances employees, (4) organizational culture had an effect on motivation, (5) competence had an impact on motivation, (6) competence did not have an effect on employee performance through motivation, and (7) competence did not have an
impact on the employees performance through motivation.
