ANALISIS KEPRIBADIAN DAN PENDIDIKAN KEWIRAUSAHAAN TERHADAP NIAT BERWIRAUSAHA MELALUI PERCEIVED BEHAVIOURAL CONTROL

Abstract
Tingkat Pengangguran Terbuka (TPT) 2020 mengalami kenaikan 1,84% dari data tahun 2019. Diperlukan langkah untuk mengatasinya, yaitu peningkatan SDM dalam menciptakan lapangan pekerjaan atau bisa juga disebut dengan berwirausaha yang dapat dilakukan sejak SMK. Penelitian ini mempunyai tujuan untuk melihat pengaruh kepribadian dan pendidikan kewirausahaan terhadap niat berwirausaha dengan perceived behavioural control sebagai variabel intervening. Populasi diambil dari siswa kelas XI dan XII jurusan OTKP SMKN 1 Lamongan. Sampel yang digunakan 104 siswa. Jenis penelitian ini yaitu penelitian kuantitatif. Model analisis data yang digunakan adalah Structural Modelling-Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS). Output penelitian ini menunjukkan kepribadian, pendidikan kewirausahaan dan perceived behavioural control memperkuat pengaruh terhadap niat berwirausaha, pendidikan kewirausahaan berpengaruh positif terhadap perceived behavioural control. Pendidikan kewirausahaan mampu mempengaruhi secara langsung niat berwirausaha maupun dimediasi oleh Perceived behavioural control. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, pengaruh pendidikan kewirausahaan lebih signifikan jika melalui mediasi dibandingkan tanpa melalui mediasi, maka hal ini menunjukkan model analisis full mediation.
