EVALUASI MODEL KIRKPATRICK PADA PROGRAM PRAKTEK PEMBELAJARAN LAPANGAN (PPL) SEBAGAI PENGUATAN PROFESIONALISME MAHASISWA KEGURUAN

Abstract
Program Praktek Pembelajaran Lapangan merupakan program wajib yang diikuti oleh mahasiswa calon guru, kondisi Covid 19 membawa dampak pada perubahan kebijakan pendidikan yang berimbas pada system pembelajaran siswa disekolah sehingga perlu dilakukan kembali evaluasi pelaksanaan PPL dimasa Covid 19. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengevaluasi PPL yang dalam meningkatkan profesionalisme dengan menggunakan model Kirkpatrick 4 level. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif deskriptif dengan pengumpulan data menggunakan questioner menggunakan skala 1-6. Sampen penelitian menggunakan sampel jenuh pada semua mahasiswa yang memprogram mata kuliah PPL II yang mengajar maple Kewirausahaan di sekolah. Teknik analisis data melalui analisis regresi pada empat level model Kirkpatrick dengan aplikasi SEM. Hasil penelitian ditemukan pada empat tingkatan evaluasi Kirkpatrick, keempatnya mampu merefleksikan Program Praktek Pembelajaran Lapangan (PPL). Reaksi, Pembelajaran, Perilaku dan Hasil dapat menciptakan pengetahuan dan pengalaman bagi calon guru dari hasil pelaksanaan Program PPL yang akan menghasilkan profesionalitas mengajar mahasiswa kependidikan.
