3. Submission of Comments and Concerns

Submissions should clearly identify the article being discussed, including its title, author(s), publication details, and Digital Object Identifier (DOI), where available.
Comments should present specific arguments, relevant evidence, and appropriate scholarly references. Contributors are expected to identify themselves and disclose any relevant conflicts of interest.
The submission of a comment does not guarantee its publication or public dissemination. All submissions remain subject to editorial evaluation.
4. Editorial Evaluation and Moderation
The editorial team will assess submitted comments based on their scholarly relevance, clarity, accuracy, supporting evidence, and compliance with the journal's publication ethics standards.
Comments containing personal attacks, discriminatory language, unsupported accusations, defamatory statements, or material unrelated to the scholarly content of the article may be declined.
When appropriate, the editorial team may request clarification, supporting documentation, or revision before determining whether a comment should be considered for further editorial processing.
Substantive scholarly comments may be considered for publication through an appropriate editorial process, subject to the journal's applicable manuscript categories, review requirements, and editorial decisions.
5. Author Responses and Editorial Actions
When a substantive comment raises questions about a published article, the editorial team may invite the original author(s) to provide a response or clarification.
Authors are encouraged to engage with scholarly criticism professionally, respectfully, and with appropriate supporting evidence.
Where post-publication discussion identifies an error that affects the accuracy of the published record, the editorial team may consider an appropriate correction or clarification.
Concerns involving potentially unreliable findings, plagiarism, research misconduct, or serious ethical violations will be addressed in accordance with the journal's Allegations of Research Misconduct and other relevant editorial policies.
The editorial team retains responsibility for determining the appropriate response to each case, considering the nature of the concern, the available evidence, and the integrity of the scholarly record.
6. Ethical Standards, Transparency, and Policy Review
All participants in post-publication discussions are expected to maintain academic integrity, professional courtesy, objectivity, and respect for differing scholarly perspectives.
Comments and responses must be based on verifiable information and must not be used to pursue personal disputes, harassment, or inappropriate academic or professional interests.
