Submission Preparation Checklist

As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.
  • The submitted manuscript is a manusript that has not been published before or is under congideration of other journals.
  • The submission file is in OpenOffice, Microsoft Word, RTF, or WordPerfect document file format.
  • Where available, URLs for the references have been provided.
  • The text is single-spaced; uses a 12-point font; employs italics, rather than underlining (except with URL addresses); and all illustrations, figures, and tables are placed within the text at the appropriate points, rather than at the end.
  • The text adheres to the stylistic and bibliographic requirements outlined in the Author Guidelines, which is found in About the Journal.
  • If submitting to a peer-reviewed section of the journal, the instructions in Ensuring a Blind Review have been followed.

Writing must be submitted in accordance with te following restrictions:

1. The manuscript should be written in Bahasa Indonesia and submitted online througgh the journal website.

2. Type of script should be the result of research (research article) or the result of review (article review).

 3. The script file must be in Microsoft Office (.doc/ .docx) or Open Office format file (.odf). These should be prepared in A4 paper (21 cm x 29,7 cm)

4. The title should be less than 16 words, title capitalization, centralized, bold, type font Times New Roman, font size 24, and single space paragraf.

5. The author's name (without title) must be accompanied by the name, full adress of the institution ( specific location, name institution, adress, city, and country) and email from each author.

6. The abstract should contain at least 160-250 words.

7. Keywords contain at least five words/ phrase separated by commas.

8. The manuscript (introduction, research method result and disscusion, and conclusion) uses Times New Roman size 12, single line spasing, A4 paper size (210x297 mm) with margin is 2.25 cm on each side except left side (2.5 cm). More details can be found in the script template.

9. Pictures and tables must be black and white, and if made in color, must be read when printed in black and white. Images and tables should be raedble cleary and in a proportionate size for the entire page. Descriptions should be numbered, in 8 Times New Roman and single spaces. For regulatory purposes, please provide an image/ table with each title with a .tif/ .jpg/ .jpeg extension inside a spesific folder separate from the script.

10. The mathematical equation must be cleary written, numbered, and accompanied by whatever information is required.

11. Header and footers including page numbers should not be used.

12. Excerpts and References are written in accordance with the IEEE style.

13. Wikipedia, personal blogs, or non-scientific websites are not allowed to be taken into account.

14. The main references should be at least 80% of at least ten references.

15. References should be taken from the last ten years.

16. The editorial team authorized to receive, return the manuscript to be revised, and /or reject the submitted manuscript.
