Designing a Bumdes Business Model Based on Canvas and ISM to Support Food Security

Ketahanan pangan desa merupakan isu strategis yang tidak hanya terkait dengan pemenuhan kebutuhan dasar masyarakat, tetapi juga berkaitan erat dengan kemandirian ekonomi lokal. Badan Usaha Milik Desa (BUMDes) memiliki peran signifikan dalam memperkuat basis ekonomi desa melalui pengelolaan sumber daya lokal yang terorganisir. Namun, kelemahan dalam perancangan model bisnis seringkali menghambat keberlanjutan dan efektivitas BUMDes. Penelitian ini bertujuan merancang model bisnis BUMDes berbasis Business Model Canvas (BMC) yang dipadukan dengan Interpretive Structural Modeling (ISM). Tujuannya untuk memetakan blok bisnis secara komprehensif sekaligus mengidentifikasi hierarki faktor kunci keberhasilan BUMDes dalam mendukung ketahanan pangan. Pendekatan penelitian menggunakan kombinasi metode deskriptif kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Data primer dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner dan wawancara dari 30 BUMDes di Jawa Timur, sementara analisis dilakukan dengan pemetaan BMC serta penyusunan hierarki hubungan antar faktor menggunakan ISM. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kombinasi BMC dan ISM mampu merumuskan model bisnis BUMDes yang lebih adaptif, sistematis, dan sesuai dengan karakteristik lokal. Analisis ISM menegaskan adanya faktor penggerak utama pada aspek sumber daya manusia dan kemitraan strategis, yang kemudian terintegrasi dalam blok BMC untuk memperkuat nilai proposisi serta aliran pendapatan BUMDes. Temuan penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi teoritis melalui integrasi BM-ISM dalam konteks pembangunan desa, sekaligus implikasi praktis berupa kerangka model bisnis yang dapat digunakan pemerintah desa, pengelola BUMDes, dan pemangku kepentingan untuk memperkuat ketahanan pangan serta kemandirian ekonomi desa.
