GENERASI Z DAN KEWIRAUSAHAAN: MENGUKUR INTENSI BERWIRAUSAHA BERBASIS THEORY OF PLANNED BEHAVIOR

Abstract
Penelitian ini menggunakan Theory of Planned Behavior (TPB) untuk mengkaji intensi berwirausaha pada generasi Z. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk menentukan seberapa baik TPB memprediksi intensi berwirausaha. Survey dilakukan pada 211 mahasiswa dengan menggunakan metode saturation sampling. Analisis data pada penelitian ini menggunakan Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) dengan program Lisrel. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa personal attitude dan perceived behavioral control terbukti mempengaruhi intensi berwirausaha, sedangkan subjective norm berpengaruh terhadap intensi berwirausaha melalui mediasi personal attitude dan perceived behavioral control.
