Indonesia, as a nation government by the rule of law as affirmed in Article 1, paragraph (3) of the 1945 Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia, has an obligation to guarantee the public’s access to justice, legal awareness, and legal protection. One form of this implementation is realized through the provision of legal aid as regulated in Article 3 of Law No. 16 of 2011 on Legal Aid, which aims to guarantee the public’s right to access justice and legal information. One effort to bring legal aid services closer to rural communities is through the establishment of Village Legal Aid Posts (Posbankum). This study aims to analyze the operation of the Village Legal Aid Post in providing legal services to the community in Kalangketi Village, Magetan Regency. This study is a nomative legal study using a qualitative approach supported by a statutory approach. Data were collected through observation, interviews with the managers of the Village Legal Aid Post, and a literature review. As a preventive measure, the Village Legal Information System (SIHADES) was developed—a website containing legal educational materials covering various areas of law. One of these areas is labor law, which is the focus of this report, serving as a resource for community members who have entered or are about to enter the workforce, particularly those of working age who are employed outside their home region.
