Abstrak

Abstrak

Pendidikan untuk Pembangunan Berkelanjutan ESD (Education for Sustainable Development) menjadi salah satu pendekatan penting dalam mewujudkan pembelajaran abad ke-21 yang berorientasi pada keberlanjutan. Namun, guru di SD Labschool 2 UNESA masih mengalami keterbatasan pemahaman dalam mengintegrasikan konsep ESD ke dalam kurikulum nasional. Selain itu, belum tersedianya panduan implementasi dan sumber belajar yang sistematis menyebabkan praktik pembelajaran berbasis keberlanjutan belum optimal. Tujuan: Program ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan keberdayaan guru dalam manajemen pendidikan melalui integrasi Education for Sustainable Development (ESD) dalam kurikulum sekolah dasar serta pengembangan platform ESD Connect sebagai sarana kolaboratif untuk menghubungkan praktik pembelajaran berkelanjutan di lingkungan sekolah. Metode: Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Project Action Plan (PAP) yang terbagi menjadi tiga tahap: (1) tahap persiapan (2) tahap pelaksanaan dan (3) tahap monitoring. Hasil: Berdasarkan hasil pengujian diperoleh persentase keberhasilan pembuatan tampilan website sebesar 97,27%, persentase kehadiran peserta dalam pelatihan sebesar 86,67%, dan persentase ketersampaian materi sebesar 96,36%. Kemudian berdasarkan observasi,  kemampuan  peserta  dalam  memahami  materi  dan  mengisi konten web dinilai baik. Kesimpulan: Hasil  ini menunjukkan bahwa pengabdian yang telah dilaksanakan mampu meningkatkan  kemampuan  peserta  dapat berbagi serta mengadopsi praktik terbaik dari sekolah lain dalam pendidikan berkelanjutan.
