Authors who publish with The Journal of Sports Coaching and Performance Education (JSCPE) agree to the following terms:

  1. Copyright of the published article remains with the author.
  2. The author grants JSCPE the right of first publication. The published work is simultaneously licensed under the  Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike 4.0 International (CC BY-SA 4.0) License, which permits others to use, share, and adapt the work provided that appropriate credit is given to the original publication in JSCPE.
  3. The author may enter into separate, non-exclusive agreements for the distribution of the published version of the article, such as depositing it in an institutional repository or including it in a book, provided that the original publication in JSCPE is properly acknowledged.
  4. The author is permitted and encouraged to post the submitted, accepted, or published version of the article on personal websites, institutional repositories, or other scholarly platforms before, during, or after the submission process. Such practices facilitate academic exchange and may increase the visibility and citation of the published work.
