About the Journal

Journal of Smart Agribusiness and Digitalisation (JSAD) is a peer-reviewed journal published biannually by the Digital Agribusiness Study Program, Faculty of Food Security, Universitas Negeri Surabaya, Indonesia. JSAD is available in both Printed and Online versions.

JSAD is intended to serve as a scholarly platform for publishing research findings and scientific studies in the fields of agriculture, agribusiness, and digital transformation. The journal welcomes empirical, theoretical, and applied research that contributes to the advancement of sustainable agricultural systems, competitive agribusiness practices, and the integration of digital innovation in the agricultural sector.

The scope of the journal includes, but is not limited to, agriculture (crop and livestock production systems, agricultural development, food systems, and agricultural sustainability); agribusiness (agricultural economics, farm management, supply chain management, marketing, finance, and agribusiness strategy); and digitalization (digital transformation in agriculture and agribusiness, smart farming technologies, precision agriculture, Internet of Things (IoT) applications, artificial intelligence in agriculture, data-driven decision making, and agritech innovation).
