The submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another journal for consideration (or an explanation has been provided in Comments to the Editor).
The submission file is in OpenOffice, Microsoft Word, or RTF document file format.
Where available, URLs for the references have been provided.
The text is single-spaced; uses a 12-point font; employs italics, rather than underlining (except with URL addresses); and all illustrations, figures, and tables are placed within the text at the appropriate points, rather than at the end.
The text adheres to the stylistic and bibliographic requirements outlined in the Author Guidelines.

Journal of Research in Midwifery and Healthcare (JRMH)
The Journal of Research in Midwifery and Healthcare (JRMH) is a peer-reviewed journal focusing on research and practice in midwifery and related healthcare. It aims to support the development and enhancement of midwifery services, maternal and child health, and women's reproductive health, with a particular emphasis on the application of physical exercise throughout a woman’s life cycle. The journal accepts manuscripts in English, and authors are responsible for ensuring clarity and accuracy of language.
Submission
All manuscripts must be submitted via the journal’s online submission system. Authors must first register on the website. If already registered, please log in to submit your manuscript. For inquiries, contact the editorial office at jrmh@unesa.ac.id.
General Principles
Originality:
Manuscripts must be original, unpublished, and not under consideration elsewhere.
All accepted manuscripts will be screened using Turnitin. The maximum allowed similarity index is 20%. Manuscripts exceeding this limit will be returned for revision or rejected.
Scope:
Submissions should be relevant to midwifery, maternal and child health, women's reproductive health, or physical exercise across the female life cycle.
Language:
All manuscripts must be written in English.

All manuscripts are subject to double-blind peer review and editorial revision.
Ethical Approval:
Research involving human subjects must include ethical clearance. In case reports, informed consent must be obtained from patients and uploaded as a supplementary file.
Formatting:
Manuscripts must follow the journal’s formatting guidelines.
