CALL FOR PAPERS

 

The Journal of Integrated Biotechnology Research (JIBR) is a free [peer-reviewed / open-access] international journal dedicated to publishing high-quality research that bridges the gap between theoretical life sciences and practical biotechnological applications.

We are currently inviting submissions for our upcoming issue. JIBR provides a unique platform for scientists, engineers, and medical researchers to disseminate original findings that integrate molecular insights with industrial, agricultural, and environmental solutions.

Our Scope

We are dedicated to advancing research related to the development of biotechnology and its application in food science, nutrition, medicine, agriculture, industry, and environmental sustainability. We prioritize studies that employ multidisciplinary approaches, including but not limited to:

  • Life Science and Molecular Biology

  • Biochemistry and Physiology

  • Omics (Genomics, Proteomics, Metabolomics) and Computational Biology

  • Environmental Science and Ecology

  • Engineering and Bioprocess Technology

Key Areas of Interest

Topics of interest include, but are not limited to:

  • Food and Nutritional Biotechnology (Functional foods, biofortification, food safety)

  • Biomedical and Pharmaceutical Biotechnology (Drug discovery, diagnostics, regenerative medicine)

  • Agriculture Biotechnology (Crop improvement, biotic/abiotic stress tolerance, CRISPR in agriculture)

  • Bioremediation and Environmental Biotechnology (Waste management, bioenergy, pollution control)

  • Industrial and Microbial Biotechnology (Enzyme technology, fermentation, bioprocessing)

  • Bioinformatics and Computational Biology (Systems biology, data mining, structural bioinformatics)

We welcome the submission of the following types of manuscripts:

  • Research Articles: Full-length original research presenting significant new findings (typically up to 5,000-6,000 words).

  • Review Articles: Critical and comprehensive analyses of recent developments in a specific field (by invitation or proposal; authors are encouraged to contact the editor).

  • Short Communications: Brief reports of preliminary results, significant findings, or techniques that warrant rapid publication (typically up to 2,500 words).
