HASRAT BERWIRAUSAHA UNTUK MENJADI PENDIRI USAHA DAN MINAT BERWIRAUSAHA ONLINE: PERANAN NORMA SUBJEKTIF SEBAGAI VARIABEL MODERASI

Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menginvestigasi efek minat berwirausaha menjadi pendiri usaha terhadap minat berwirasuaha online dengan norma subjektif sebagai variabel moderasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan tipe penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan eksplanatori. Data penelitian ini berasal dari 252 mahasiswa dari tiga perguruan tinggi di Kota Makassar yang diperoleh dengan menyebarkan kuesioner online. Partial least square–structural equation model digunakan untuk menganalisis data penelitian. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa hasrat berwirausaha menjadi pendiri usaha berpengaruh signifikan terhadap minat berwirausaha online mahasiswa. Selain itu, variabel norma subjektif melemahkan hubungan antara hasrat berwirausaha menjadi pendiri usaha dan minat berwirausaha online pada mahasiswa.
