The results showed that Perceived Usefulness and Perceived Ease of Use had a positive significant effect on Trust,, and Trust had a positive significant effect on Zakat Payment. Trust was proven to mediate the effect of Perceived Usefulness and Perceived Ease of Use on Zakat Payment. The implication of this research is that BAZNAS needs to improve the quality of useful, relevant, and easy-to-understand information through social media to build muzaki trust, which ultimately encourages sustainable zakat payment decisions.
