Authors must provide a maximum of five relevant and clearly defined keywords in English. Individual keywords must be separated by semicolons (;).

Introduction

The Introduction must present the research background, developments in previous scholarship (state of the art), limitations of existing studies, research objectives, and elements of scholarly novelty. This section must be formatted in 12-point Times New Roman. Unlike a conventional research report, the review of previous studies in a scholarly article must focus on identifying research gaps and establishing the study's originality and scientific contribution.

Literature Review

The Literature Review must provide an objective and critical examination of published scholarly works relevant to the research topic. This section aims to map developments in theoretical perspectives and recent empirical findings while identifying areas that require further investigation.

Methodology

The Methodology section must describe the research design, population, sample, data collection procedures, and analytical techniques employed in the study. This section must be formatted in 12-point Times New Roman. A separate methodology section is not mandatory for conceptual articles or literature reviews.

The Discussion section must interpret the findings by relating them to relevant theoretical perspectives, previous research, and supporting empirical evidence. Authors must also provide logical and critical arguments and interpretations. The organization of subsections may be adjusted according to the analytical requirements of the study.

Figures

Figures must be numbered sequentially according to their order of appearance, such as Figure 1, Figure 2, and so forth. Figure captions must be placed below the corresponding figures and center-aligned.

Tables

Tables must be numbered consecutively, beginning with Table 1, Table 2, and so forth. Table titles or captions must be positioned above the corresponding tables and center-aligned.

Mathematical Formulas

All mathematical equations must be numbered sequentially and prepared using the Microsoft Equation Editor.

Conclusion

The Conclusion section must summarize the principal findings and provide research recommendations. Conclusions must address the research objectives, hypotheses, or research questions based on the results and discussion. Authors must present conclusions narratively rather than as a series of numerical values. Recommendations must identify practical suggestions or opportunities for further research grounded in the study's findings and scholarly arguments.

Author Contributions

Authors may describe the specific contributions of each individual involved in preparing the manuscript. These contributions are classified into five principal activities:

  • Developing the research framework and analytical design.
  • Conducting data collection.

  • Preparing and writing the scholarly manuscript.

Acknowledgements

Authors may acknowledge individuals or institutions that provided support or made contributions during the research process or manuscript preparation.

  • At least 80% of the references must be drawn from publications issued within the preceding ten years.
