Human trafficking is a crime against humanity which can happen to anyone, including women. This study will focus on discussing the protection of women who are victims of trafficking between China and Myanmar. The purpose of this study is to determine whether China and Myanmar have regulations related to trafficking in women and/or persons that are strict and in accordance with international standards, and to analyze the fulfillment of the rights granted by both countries. The research method used is normative, with three approaches, namely the legislative approach, the conceptual approach, and the case approach, as well as the use of prescriptive analysis techniques. The results of the study can be concluded that China and Myanmar have not made any efforts to prevent trafficking in women and do not provide compensation to victims of trafficking in women between China and Myanmar. Every country which has signed an international agreement and become a member is obliged to follow the rules in the agreement. Therefore, the recommendation for China and Myanmar is to amend their national regulations in accordance with international regulations and provide tangible compensation to victims of trafficking in women.
