The human capital strengthening training for students at Thai Global Business Administration Technological College (TGBC) is designed to enhance leadership, stress management, and team management skills in facing global challenges. Using methods such as lectures, case studies, simulations, and reflective discussions, the training covers the development of adaptive leadership, stress management strategies, and techniques for maintaining work-life balance, with a focus on applying these concepts in a global and cross-cultural context. Evaluation results show that 96% of participants found the training materials clear and easy to understand, reflecting the success in facilitating their understanding of leadership and team management. Furthermore, 93% of participants felt that the training provided significant benefits for their academic and career development. Additionally, 89% of participants were willing to recommend this training to their peers, indicating a very high level of satisfaction. Overall, the training successfully enhanced participants' understanding of stress management, adaptive leadership, and effective teamwork. This training not only strengthens individual capacities but also prepares TGBC students to face global challenges and contribute to the international business world with relevant and applicable skills.
