Focus and Scope

Vokasi Unesa Bulletin Of Engineering, Technology and Applied Science (VUBETA) is a scientific journal that publishes peer-reviewed research papers in the field of Engineering, Technology, And Applied Science. The scope of VUBETA encompasses but is not limited to the following:

Applied Science refers to the practical application of scientific knowledge, methods, and discoveries to solve real-world problems and create useful technologies, products, or processes. Unlike pure or basic science, which focuses on understanding fundamental principles and expanding theoretical knowledge, applied science emphasizes the utilization of scientific findings to develop solutions that have direct practical benefits for society, industry, and everyday life. The topics are Artificial Intelligence, Robotics, Computer Science & Applications, Data Science, Materials Science and Food Science

Technology refers to the comprehensive range of areas, applications, and domains that encompass technological development, innovation, and implementation across various sectors of human activity. Technology scope encompasses both the breadth of technological fields and the depth of their applications, ranging from fundamental research and development to practical implementation in industry, commerce, education, healthcare, and daily life. The scope includes emerging technologies such as artificial intelligence, machine learning, robotics, blockchain, Internet of Things (IoT), and quantum computing, as well as established technologies like software development, hardware engineering, telecommunications, and manufacturing processes. It also covers the integration of technology across different sectors including information technology, biotechnology, nanotechnology, renewable energy systems, transportation, construction, and agricultural technology.

Engineering is a branch of applied science that focuses on the practical application of scientific principles, mathematical methods, and empirical knowledge to design, develop, analyze, and implement solutions for real-world problems. It encompasses a wide range of specialized disciplines including  Civil & Environmental Engineering,  Electrical and Electronic Engineering,  General Engineering,  Computer Engineering and Control,  Mechanical Engineering.
