Purpose of the Publication Ethics Form

The Publication Ethics Form is intended to document the authors' acknowledgment of and commitment to the publication ethics policies established by Proteksi Journal, Universitas Negeri Surabaya. By completing this form, authors confirm their responsibility to uphold academic integrity, ensure the originality and accuracy of their work, disclose relevant conflicts of interest and funding sources, comply with applicable research ethics requirements, and respect authorship and intellectual property standards.

The form serves as a formal declaration supporting the journal's existing publication ethics policy and editorial procedures. It does not replace the full policy but provides documented confirmation that the authors understand and accept their ethical responsibilities throughout the publication process. Any suspected violation will be handled in accordance with the journal's established policies and procedures.
