About the Journal

Journal of Tropical Animal Bioscience is a journal that publishes the latest studies in the field of animal bioscience. This journal is an open-access scientific journal that undergoes a peer-review process and publishes original research articles, reviews, and short communications. Topics covered include: animal behavior, animal biotechnology, animal breeding and genetics, animal health, animal nutrition, animal physiology and reproduction, animal production, animal welfare, sustainability (economy, social, and environmental aspects of livestock), and technology for processing animal products.

All submitted manuscripts undergo a rigorous review process conducted by the Scientific Committee and anonymous peer reviewers. The journal is published biannually, in June and December. Journal of Tropical Animal Bioscience is published and hosted by the Animal Bioscience Study Program, Universitas Negeri Surabaya.
