Submissions

As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.

• submitted articles have not been published in journals, proceedings and other publications.

• The article formats are OpenOffice, Microsoft Word, RTF, or WordPerfect

• URLs in the library can be accessed.

• article text using space 1; font size 12; can use italics instead of underscores (except the URL address); and all illustrations, images, and tables are placed between text, not at the end (attachment).

• text follows a given template (can be found on the HOME page of the journal)

• Review of the article is done by blind reviewed
