Abstrak

Perkembangan motorik pada anak usia dini (usia 4–6 tahun) merupakan fondasi penting bagi pertumbuhan fisik, kognitif, dan sosial anak. Aktivitas fisik yang terstruktur dan menyenangkan seperti senam ritmik berpotensi memberikan stimulasi holistik bagi perkembangan tersebut. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan dan mengevaluasi model senam ritmik yang sesuai dengan karakteristik anak usia dini dengan menggunakan pendekatan pengembangan instruksional berbasis model ADDIE (Analisis, Desain, Pengembangan, Implementasi, Evaluasi). Tahapan penelitian meliputi analisis kebutuhan, perancangan model berbasis musik anak, pengembangan prototipe gerakan, validasi oleh sembilan pakar PAUD dan pendidikan jasmani, serta uji coba implementasi terbatas dan ekstensif terhadap 33 anak usia dini di tiga lembaga PAUD. Instrumen yang digunakan berupa kuesioner validasi skala Likert 4 poin untuk menilai aspek isi, desain gerakan, kesesuaian musik, dan kepraktisan implementasi, serta lembar observasi dan panduan diskusi guru. Hasil validasi menunjukkan nilai kompleksitas Aiken's V sebesar 0,8074, kesesuaian sebesar 0,7778, dan motivasi sebesar 0,6568, yang menunjukkan tingkat validitas yang tinggi. Hasil implementasi di lapangan menunjukkan bahwa anak-anak merespons gerakan secara aktif dan antusias, sementara guru menyatakan bahwa model ini mudah diterapkan dan relevan dengan konteks pembelajaran di kelas. Sintesis data kuantitatif dan kualitatif menunjukkan bahwa model ini cocok digunakan sebagai media pembelajaran praktik yang efektif, kontekstual, dan sesuai perkembangan dalam pendidikan anak usia dini.
