Pengaruh Motivasi Kerja Guru Dan Kepemimpinan Kepala Sekolah Terhadap Kinerja Guru Dalam Pembelajaran Di Sekolah Dasar se-Kecamatan Takari Kabupaten Kupang

Abstrak
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui 1) pengaruh motivasi kerja guru terhadap kinerja guru dalam pembelajaran, 2) pengaruh kepemimpinan kepala sekolah terhadap kinerja guru dalam pembelajaran dan 3) pengaruh motivasi kerja guru dan kepemimpinan kepala sekolah secara bersama-sama terhadap kinerja guru dalam pembelajaran di sekolah dasar se-Kecamatan Takari Kabupaten Kupang.
Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif jenis korelasional. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah guru sekolah dasar di Kecamatan Takari Kabupaten Kupang sebanyak 332 guru. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan pendapat Arikunto yakni mengambil 25% dari jumlah populasi karena jumlah subyeknya lebih dari 100. Sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 83 guru. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui angket untuk variabel motivasi kerja guru dan kepemimpinan kepala sekolah, sedangkan dokumentasi dan observasi untuk variabel kinerja guru dalam pembelajaran. Uji validitas instrumen menggunakan bantuan SPSS 16, sedangkan uji reliabilitasnya menggunakan Cronbachs Alpha. Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan statistik inferensial.
Hasil penelitian persamaan regresi sederhana menunjukan: 1) motivasi kerja guru berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja guru dalam pembelajaran sebesar 46,1%, 2) kepemimpinan kepala sekolah berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja guru dalam pembelajaran sebesar 42,7%. Dari hasil persamaan regresi berganda menunjukan: motivasi kerja guru dan kepemimpinan kepala sekolah secara bersama-sama berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja guru dalam pembelajaran sebesar 50,8%. Dari hasil penelitian yang ditemukan, maka disarankan kepada kepala sekolah dasar se-Kecamatan Takari Kabupaten Kupang agar dapat meningkatkan motivasi kerja guru melalui pelaksanaan fungsi kepemimpinan yang efektif guna meningkatkan kinerja guru dalam pembelajaran.

ABSTRACT
This research seeks to find out: 1) the influence of teachers work motivation on teachers performance in learning, 2) the influence of principal leadership on teachers performance in learning, and 3) the influence of teachers work motivation and principal leadership together on teachers performance in learning in elementary school of Takari Sub-district, Kupang District.
This research used correlation quantitative approach. The research population is 332 teachers of elementarys school at Takari Sub-district, Kupang District. While the sample technique took 25% of population total because the amount of reseach subject is more than 100, as stated by Arikunto. The amount of sample in this reseach is 83 teachers. Then data was collected by quitionarre for teachers work motivation and principal leadership variable, while documentation and observation were used for variable of teachers performance in learning. The instrument validity test used SPSS 16, while the reability test used Cronbachs Alpha. The data analysis used inferential statistic.
Results of the present research of simple regression equation point out that: 1) teacher work motivation has significant effect on teacher performance in learning with 46, 1% in total, 2) principal leadership has significant effect to teacher performance in learning equal to 42, 7%. Rooted from the results, both teacher work motivation and principal leadership bring a significant effect to teacher performance in learning by 50.8%. Based on the reseach found, the suggestion is, then, made for improvement, that is, the principal of elementary school of Takari Sub-district, Kupang District have to be able to improve teachers job motivation through the implementation of effective leadership function to improve teachers performance in learning.
