JCollBiomed does not charge an Article Processing Charge (APC) for accepted manuscripts.

Authors are not required to pay any publication fee after acceptance. The absence of publication charges applies to all eligible manuscript types published by the journal.

2. No Submission Fees

JCollBiomed does not charge a manuscript submission fee.

Authors may submit manuscripts through the journal’s submission system without payment.

3. No Peer-Review Fees

Authors are not charged any fees for the editorial assessment or peer-review process.

The decision to accept or reject a manuscript is based solely on its scientific quality, originality, methodological rigour, relevance to the journal’s scope, ethical compliance, and other applicable editorial criteria.

4. No Publication or Hosting Fees

JCollBiomed does not charge authors for:

• Article publication;
• Online hosting;
• Digital preservation;
• Assignment of a DOI, when applicable;
• Article indexing and metadata dissemination;
• Publication of tables or figures;
• Supplementary materials; or
• Open-access availability of the published article.

5. No Fees for Open Access

All articles published by JCollBiomed are freely and permanently accessible to readers immediately upon publication.

Open access is provided without subscription fees, reader registration requirements, access charges, or paywalls.

Articles are published under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International Licence (CC BY 4.0), unless otherwise stated.

6. No Mandatory Additional Charges

JCollBiomed does not impose mandatory charges for colour figures, supplementary files, page length within the applicable manuscript limits, or other standard publication components.

Authors will not be required to purchase additional services as a condition of publication.

7. Transparency of Author Fees

JCollBiomed has no submission fees, no article processing charges, and no mandatory publication fees.

If the journal introduces any author-related fee in the future, the fee structure will be clearly announced and published on the journal website before implementation. Any new fee will not be applied retroactively to manuscripts already submitted unless explicitly agreed upon by the authors.

8. Statement on Financial Independence

The absence of author fees does not affect the editorial independence of JCollBiomed. Editorial and peer-review decisions are made independently of authors’ ability or inability to pay.
