Publication Frequency

The Journal of Cultural Narratives in Digital Society (JCNDS) is a peer-reviewed, open-access journal published by Universitas Negeri Surabaya.

JCNDS is published twice a year (biannually) according to the following schedule:

• Issue 1: June
• Issue 2: November

Manuscripts are accepted throughout the year and undergo editorial screening, double-blind peer review, copyediting, proofreading, and production prior to publication. Accepted articles are published in the next scheduled issue following the successful completion of the editorial and production process.

By maintaining a regular biannual publication schedule, JCNDS aims to ensure the timely dissemination of high-quality research in digital society, cultural narratives, linguistics, literature, media, communication, digital humanities, and related interdisciplinary fields.
