Submission Preparation Checklist

As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.
  • The submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another journal for consideration (or an explanation has been provided in Comments to the Editor).
  • The submission file is in Microsoft Word
  • Where available, URLs for the references have been provided.
  • The text adheres to the stylistic and bibliographic requirements outlined in the Author Guidelines.

Author Guidelines

NB: Please adhere to any author guidelines specified by the Journal Editor.
Manuscripts should be prepared in English (either US or UK, but not both), Times New Roman, size 12, with margins of 2.5 cm. Additional instructions for adding special characters, accents, or diacritics can be found at the provided link. The captions for the table and paragraph must be justified. The caption for the figure has to be centred.

Word Counts: The word count for a research article should be between 1,000 and 5,000 words.

A review article should have a word count ranging from 1,000 to 8,000 words.

Title: Format the article title in 20 Words Max, Times New Roman, 15, Bold, and Center position.

Authors’ names: List all authors exactly as you want their names to appear in the final published version (Times New Roman, 11, number subscript for affiliation, *corresponding author)

Affiliations: Include each author’s affiliation, such as department or research group, faculty name, university name, city, postal code, and country (Times New Roman, 10).

Correspondence details: Provide an institutional email address for the corresponding author (Times New Roman, 10). 

Peer-review anonymity: Make sure that you and your co-authors' identities are fully concealed within the article text and all submission files. Guidance for anonymizing manuscripts is available at the linked resource.

Abstract: Abstract is informed about the statements of the problem, methods, scientific finding results and conclusion concisely. Maximum of 200 words. (Times New Roman, 10, single spacing).

Keywords: Supply three or five keywords to improve the discoverability of your article (Times New Roman, 10)

Headings: Please clearly indicate each level of section heading in the manuscript:

  • First-level headings (e.g., Introduction, Materials and Methods, Results and Discussions, Conclusion, Acknowledgement, Conflict of Interest, and Reference) should be bold, with capitalization for proper nouns (Times New Roman, 12, bold).

  • Second-level headings should be italic, capitalizing proper nouns (Times New Roman, 12).

Tables and figures: Tables and figures should be positioned as near as possible to the point in the text where they are referenced (Times New Roman, 11).

Alway use Mendeley or Zotero for creating references. The citation style should be adjusted to American Psychological Association 7th edition.
