The Indonesian Journal of Labour Law and Industrial Relations (IJLLIR), Volume 2, Issue 2, December 2025, presents five scholarly articles that examine contemporary issues in labour law and industrial relations from diverse legal, social, and institutional perspectives. This issue reflects the journal’s commitment to promoting comparative, interdisciplinary, and internationally oriented scholarship on developments in labour and employment law.
