Corruption is a major obstacle to achieving clean, transparent, and accountable governance. One preventive measure involves strengthening the Legal Documentation and Information Network (JDIH) to serve as a platform for providing accessible, accurate, and integrated legal information. This study aims to analyze the role of the JDIH in supporting the prevention of corruption and to identify strategies for strengthening its functions to enhance transparency and legal compliance within government institutions. The research findings indicate that strengthening the JDIH improves access for the public and government officials to up-to-date legal information, thereby minimizing errors in policymaking and administrative execution that could otherwise lead to corrupt practices. At the village government level, the existence of the JDIH plays a strategic role, given that the village is a government entity with the authority to regulate and manage community interests based on rights of origin and village-scale local authority. From a prevention perspective, the JDIH holds immense potential as a preventive instrument against corruption. The existence of the JDIH enables village officials to gain rapid access to various regulations concerning village governance, village financial management, the procurement of goods and services, and governance mechanisms that comply with statutory provisions.
