About the Journal
The International Journal of Business and Innovation Management is an open access, peer-reviewed journal published by the Magister of Innovation Management Program, Postgraduate School, State University of Surabaya (MMI SPS UNESA). This journal publishes multidisciplinary research, both theoretical and empirical, at the macro and micro levels in the field of business and innovation management, covering topics such as financial management, marketing, strategy, human resources, operations, entrepreneurship, business ethics, and international business. The primary audience of this journal includes academics, postgraduate students, and business practitioners from both national and international communities. Submitted manuscripts undergo a double-blind peer review process, and acceptance decisions are based on the significance of the contribution and the rigor of the analysis.
