Peer Review Process

All submitted manuscripts are reviewed using a double-blind peer review process, where both authors and reviewers remain anonymous.

Review process stages:

1. Initial screening by the editorial team (scope and format check)
2. Plagiarism screening
3. Review by at least two independent reviewers
4. Editorial decision: accepted / revision / rejected
5. Author revision (if required)
6. Final decision by the Editor-in-Chief
