IMPLEMENTATION OF DIFFERENTIATED LEARNING ON CULTURAL ARTS SUBJECTS IN SENIOR HIGH SCHOOL IMPLEMENTASI PEMBELAJARAN BERDEFERENSIASI PADA MATA PELAJARAN SENI BUDAYA DI SEKOLAH MENENGAH ATAS

Abstrak

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengidentifikasikan implementasi pembelajaran berdiferensiasi pada mata pelajaran seni budaya di SMAN 2 Kalianda. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif, pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan analisis data interaktif Miles and Huberman, dimulai dari tahap reduksi, display, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Berdasarkan analisis data, hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pembelajaran berdeferensiasi dilakukan guru dengan menggunakan beberapa langkah, langkah pertama guru melakukan pemetaan terhadapkebutuhan belajar peserta didik dengan cara menganalisis tiga aspek tentang kesiapan belajar peserta didik, gaya belajar, sertamenggali informasi tentang minat peserta didik. Langkah kedua guru merancang strategi pembelajaran dengan menggunakan metode tutor sebaya. Langkah ke tiga guru melaksanakan pembelajaran sesuai dengan rencana pelaksanaan pembelajaran berdiferensiasi yang telah di buat, menggunakan pendekatan diferensiasi konten, diferensiasi proses dan diferensiasi produk.Langkah ke empat guru melakukan evaluasi dan refleksi pembelajaran untuk mengetahui ketercapaian tujuan pembelajaran. Implementasi pembelajaran berdiferensiasi sangat penting dan tepat diterapkan di SMAN 2 Kalianda yang secara kewilayahan berada di wilayah pesisir dengan latarbelakang ekonomi, karakteristik, kondisi sosial budaya yang berbeda-beda. Dampak dariimplementasi pembelajaran berdiferensiasi di sekolah ini menunjukkan bahwa, peserta didik yang memiliki latarbelakang budaya asli menjadi termotivasi untuk mempelajari materi, hal ini terlihat dari pelaksanaan diferensiasi konten, proses, dan produk. Hasilnya sangat bervariasi sesuai karakter peserta didik, peserta didik senang mendapatkan perhatian dari guru, dan kebutuhan belajar peserta didik terfasilitasi dengan baik.
