Abstract

The purpose of this study was to measure the influence of Pancasila Ideology Education and Training (PIP) on PIP training participants because this training program is very important in grounding Pancasila values in everyday life. With this PIP education and training program, training participants can improve their value competence, knowledge, and actions in actualizing Pancasila values in the work environment and society. This study uses Kirkpatrick's evaluation model, which is used to measure the extent of the influence of training on a person. The steps in carrying out the Kirkpatrick Training evaluation activities are four aspects, as follows: 1) Evaluation of the reaction (evaluating reaction) gives a positive and pleasant reaction, 2) Evaluation of Learning (Evaluating Learning) The average value of PIP training participants is 76.02, with a good category. 3) Evaluation of Behavior (Evaluating Behavior) results of the actualization there are 103 participants who collect the report of actualization, and 4) Evaluation of Results (Evaluating Result) an increase in the results of pre-test and post-test with good category.
