GUIDELINES FOR AUTHOR

Educational Technology Journal (ETJ)

1. Journals written for ETJ are brainchild and research result in the field of Education Management. Article should be typed using Microsoft Word program, with Times New Roman font size of 12. submitted through http://journal.unesa.ac.id/index.php/etj.
2. Articles must be written in Indonesian or English. The systematic of research findings are title; name of writer, abstract with keywords; introduction, method, finding and discussion, conclusion, and list of references.
3. Title written in Indonesian Language should not more than 12 words and that written in English should not be more than 10 words. Title are written using centered Capital with 16 Font size.
4. Writer identity is name and his or her institution without any academic background and it is written under title of article. For article written by team,  Editor will  be in contact with main writer or that of written first. Main writer should write their mail address or email.
5. Abstract and keywords are written bilingually (Indonesia and English) of 500 words at the most for each and keywords consist of 3-5 words or phrase. Abstract covers article title, objective, method and research finding.
6. Introduction consists of background, research context, review of related literatures, and objectives of study. All parts of Introduction are presented integratedly in the form of paragraphs covering 15-25% of article length.
7. Method consists of descriptive paragraph elaborating research design, data source, data collection technique and data analysis conducted by writer covering 10-15 % of article length.
8. Research finding contains explanation on analysis result related to research problem. There must be discussion for each research result. Discussion contains interpretation of finding and its comparison with theory and/or other relevant researches. Length of research finding and discussion is 40-60% of article length.
9. Conclusion contains research finding in the form of answer for research problems or substance of discussion. It is presented in the form of paragraph.
10. List of references contains references used and all of them should be put in the list. At least, 80% of source of references are those published the last 10 years.  The references are primary reference in the form of article published in accredited journals or research report (including thesis, and dissertation). It is recommended that Articles published in Journal of Education Management Dynamic might be used as reference.
11. Reference and quotation make use of bracketed-reference technique (last name, year). Putting down sources for direct quotation should be accompanied by note on number of page of quotation source for example (Davis, 2003; 47).
12. List of references is written alphabetically and chronologically like the following example

13. The procedures for presenting quotations, references, tables, and drawings please follow the provisions in the scientific writing guidelines (State University of Surabaya, 2016) or direct examples of the ordinances used in the articles that have been loaded. Indonesian articles using the refined Indonesian spelling general guidelines and terms standardized by the Language Center.

14. Anything that concerns the licensing or use of computer software for scriptwriting or other related HaKI by the author of the article, following the legal consequences that may arise therefrom, becomes full responsibility of the article author.
