Focus and Scope

Disable: Law Review provides a forum for academic development and interdisciplinary studies focusing on disability law. This journal aims to develop innovative scholarship and promote critical perspectives on legal protection, the fulfillment of human rights, and justice for persons with disabilities in various contemporary contexts.

The scope of the journal includes, but is not limited to: disability regulations and policies, access to justice, equality and non-discrimination, technology law and disability, inclusive education, employment for persons with disabilities, as well as other contemporary issues related to disability from a legal perspective.
