Abstract

This study aims to redevelop the corporate website of Jaryya, PT Azka Mulia International, a waqf consulting service company, to improve user satisfaction. Based on interviews with the company’s CEO and COO, the previous website was considered unable to adequately meet user needs or provide a convenient and user-friendly experience. The study applied the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) Prototyping model, which supports iterative development and continuous feedback from the company throughout the process. System requirements were identified through interviews, observations, and documentation. The redeveloped website was evaluated using black-box testing and usability testing. Black-box testing results showed that all website functions operated according to expectations. User satisfaction was measured using the System Usability Scale (SUS) questionnaire and interviews involving five target informants. The results indicate that the redesigned website is more responsive, comprehensive, and aligned with company requirements. The legacy website obtained a SUS score of 26, reflecting poor usability and user dissatisfaction, while the new website achieved a score of 72, indicating acceptable usability and improved user satisfaction. Interview results also revealed a positive shift in user perceptions, from confusion and dissatisfaction toward impressions of the system as easier to use, adequate, and satisfying.
