JURNAL SUARA HUKUM is a peer-reviewed journal, published twice times a year (March and September) by Law Department, Universitas Negeri Surabaya in collaboration with Indonesia for Bureaucratic Reform (INBRIEF).

Journal Template Replacement

To develop and improve the quality of articles in the Jurnal Suara Hukum, the Editorial Board agreed to make several improvements, starting from the appearance of the website (OJS) to changing the article template. As intended to improve the quality of paper that will increase the readability, refer to and/or cite articles provided in this journal. The new article template is effectively valid for the issue of Volume 3 Number 1 of 2021 onwards. Meanwhile, the old article still uses the old article templates.
