About the Journal

Jurnal Suara Hukum  is a peer reviewed journal published biannual (March and September) by Faculty of Law, Universitas Negeri Surabaya. JSH published both Printed and Online version (Print ISSN 2656-534X, Online ISSN 2656-5358). JSH is intended to be the journal for publishing of results of research on law both empirical and normative study, especially in contemporary legal issues. The various topics but not limited to, criminal law, constitutional law, private law, economic law, human rights law, international law, tax law, Islamic law, customary law, commercial business law, environmental law, street law, legal education, maritime law, trade law, in the framework of Indonesian legal systems and Indonesian legal studies.

Journal Template Replacement

To develop and improve the quality of articles in the Jurnal Suara Hukum, the Editorial Board agreed to make several improvements, starting from the appearance of the website (OJS) to changing the article template. As intended to improve the quality of paper that will increase the readability, refer to and/or cite articles provided in this journal. The new article template is effectively valid for the issue of Volume 6 Number 1 of 2024 onwards. Meanwhile, the old article still uses the old article templates.
