Faktor Utama Penyebab Stress Kerja Seorang Estimator Proyek Konstruksi Di Malang

Abstrak
Situasi pada proyek konstruksi yang penuh tuntutan tentu berdampak pada mentalitas pekerja konstruksi. Tekanan yang semakin kuat akibat dari bertambahnya tuntutan kerja dapat memicu masalah mental seperti munculnya kecemasan, kejenuhan, kelelahan yang mengakibatkan munculnya stres. Penelitian ini mengidentifikasi faktor utama yang menyebabkan seorang estimator proyek konstruksi mengalami stress. Angket disebarkan pada beberapa perusahaan konstruksi di Malang. Data yang terkumpul kemudian dianalisis menggunakan Analisis Faktor. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data, terdapat tiga faktor penyebab utama yaitu (1) beban kerja yang terlalu banyak dengan mean sebesar 6,2 dan standar deviasi 1,014185 , (2) tugas yang diberikan tidak sesuai dengan kemampuan karyawan dengan mean sebesar 5,8 dan standar deviasi 0,833809 dan (3) Pemberian tugas baru disaat tugas sebelumnya belum terselesaikan dengan mean sebesar 5,8 dan standar deviasi 0,915475.
